Each session begins with ensuring your comfort and setting a clear intention. I then invite our guides and archangels to create a sacred space for healing. Through a short meditation, I ground you and open your chakras to begin the work.

I will gently hover or lay my hands on your body (whichever you prefer) to bring reiki energy for chakra balancing and clearing your auric field. In some instances, I may use stones that resonate with your healing process.

To conclude, I fill your space with light and close your chakras. The session concludes with an optional oracle card reading.

In-Home Session

Choose a calm, comfortable space to sit or lie down. You can set an intention for the session. I will then connect with our guides and lead you through a brief grounding meditation.

Next, I'll send reiki energy to your chakras and any blocked areas of your body, then scan your auric field to remove anything that no longer serves you.

The session concludes with an optional oracle card reading.
