In this 45 minute virtual Reiki session, you’ll relax in your own space while I send healing energy remotely. All you need is a quiet place to receive—I'll guide you through every step.

As a single mother who experienced the shadows of postpartum depression and isolation during a global pandemic, and a daughter who faced the sudden loss of a parent at a young age, I have moved through many seasons of change, grief, rebirth, and awakening. Reiki has brought joy and healing into my life. It has helped me align with my higher purpose and turned each new day into something to look forward to with gratitude and wonder. I’m deeply honored to share this beautiful practice with you.

Developed in early 20th century Japan, Reiki is a form of energy healing. This holistic practice offers gentle, yet powerful support for women—whether through motherhood, loss, spiritual awakening, or personal growth. If you are open to receiving, Reiki can aid in:
